6. To claim the Promotion, entrants must purchase a promotional pack of “Lynx Fine Fragrance Bodywash & Collection Gift set” from one of the following participating ; Tesco, Sainsburys, Amazon, Ocado, Argos, Just My Look or Rex Brown, within the Promotional Period.

The entrant must scan the QR code (found on the voucher within the pack) and register the voucher by completing the online form on the promotional website (also available at www.finefragrancemusic.co.uk). Entrants must complete the form by providing their full name, email address and unique code (also found on the voucher card must accept these Terms and Conditions and have the option to ‘opt in’ to future marketing communications. Entrants must submit the complete form within the Registration Period.
8. Once successfully submitted, the entrant will be eligible for the prize of either () 2 x 1-month Spotify Premium gift cards or (ii) 1 x 12-month Spotify Premium gift card (“the Headline Prize”) to redeem on Spotify Premium (https://www.spotify.com/uk/premium/).

A total of 12 winners will be randomly drawn to win a Headline Prize between 01.08.2025 to 30.04.2026 (inclusive) via a ‘Winning Moments’ mechanic using a secure, independently verified computer programme. The Winning Moments are an exact time, randomly chosen by a computer – if you’re the first person to enter your unique voucher code at www.finefragrancemusic.co.uk on or after a live Winning Moment, you will be awarded the Headline Prize allocated to that Winning Moment. The Winning Moments are allocated at random.
10. This Promotion applies across 80,000 promotional packs. If no entry is received at a particular Winning Moment, the allocated Headline Prize from that Winning Moment will be rolled over into the next Winning Moment and be available to be won then. There is no guarantee that all prizes will be won. All Winning Moments and their prize allocations have been allocated in advance of the commencement of this Promotion. Entrants who do not enter at a time of a Winning Moment, will be rewarded with 2 x 1-month Spotify Premium gift cards. This offer entitles entrants to either 12 or 2 months’ free unlimited access to Spotify Premium. This subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the 12 or 2-month subscription period. The Card is redeemable only for full price standalone Premium subscription months. Gift Cards, eGift Cards and other currency-denominated Cards cannot be redeemed for discounted or group subscriptions (such as student discounts, trial offers, Premium for families, or offers combining Premium with other companies' products or services).No cash equivalent can be provided for this offer.
11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
12. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and claiming their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entrants failing to supply accurate information which affects delivery of their prize.
13. Entrants will receive their unique Spotify Premium gift card link(s) within 5 working days of submitting a valid entry via the email address provided. Once you have received your gift card’s link(s) via email, you will be able to redeem these on the Spotify website/app up until the end of the Redemption Period.
14. Only genuine unique codes printed on the voucher inside the promotional packs can be used. Unique codes cannot be sold or transferred. Any attempts to undermine the use of genuine unique codes in this Promotion will mean disqualification of entry.
15. Unique voucher codes must be registered before the end of the Registration Period and Spotify Premium gift cards may only be redeemed up until the end of the Redemption Period.
16. The prizes included in the Promotion (outlined at Clause 5) are subject to availability. This voucher cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the voucher against any other product.
17. No cash or other alternative gift or offer will be provided in whole or in part, except, in the event of unforeseen circumstances out of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar gift or offer of equal or greater value. Maximum of 3 claims including one headline prize per person across the Promotional Period.
18. This unique voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
19. This unique voucher code may not be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred, or assigned.
20. The unique voucher code becomes void if altered, photocopied or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.
21. The Promoter and/or Administrator reserves the right to refuse payment for voucher codes if it has reason to believe that they have been accepted other than in accordance with these terms.

25. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Administrator and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Administrator’s Privacy Notice, available at https://www.tlcworldwide.com/privacy-policy/.
26. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
27. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
